The biOrb 60 is the latest edition to the biOrb range. Made from strong, crystal clear acrylic with a capacity of 60 litres (16 US Gallons) of water and weighing 60 kilos (132pounds) when full, it is ideal for most types of fish keeping. Available in eight (8) different colours and supplied complete with a 5 stage internal filter, ceramic media, air pump, plug top 12 volt transformer, halogen light unit (LED light is optional at extra cost), water treatment, fish food and full set of instructions – just add water and fish. With safety as a major design feature the biOrb 60 is operated at 12 volts ac power which reduces the risk of accidental electric shock.

The filter design uses a unique systemized five-stage method combining biological, mechanical and chemical filtration. This significantly reduces maintenance while ensuring that the water remains healthy and crystal clear for months between the simple filter cartridge changes.

With the filter barely visible in the bottom of the globe, once biOrb is filled with water there is nothing to detract from its perfect 360 degree viewing angle.
